Shipping Policy:
Vashti ships orders in bulk twice a month. We always use Royal Mail second class.
If your shipping address is in our hand delivery radius, we may be in touch to see if you would prefer a drop-off in order to receive the order sooner. In the case of a drop-off, the price of the order will remain the same to reflect additional labour.
We are a small team and we appreciate your patience.
Returns Policy:
Where stock allows, we can exchange products if an incorrect size is ordered. We ask that you ship the original order back to us and we will then send you the correct size with no shipping fee.
